Whats for SupperTonight?










Hoppin’ BLT Pizza
Margaret Poffenberger (IL)


1 pkt. Hoppin’ Jalapeño & BaconDip Mix
1⁄4 cup mayonnaise

3⁄4 cup sour cream

1 large, packaged, pre-baked pizza crust


1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup chopped tomato

1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, stems removed
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled




 
Combine first 3 ingredients; blend well. Chill 2 hours. Spread chilled dip onto pizza crust. Top with remaining ingredients. Cut into small squares and serve. Makes 6-8 servings.
